1. Service Description
ShopBot ("the Service") is a software-as-a-service platform operated at shopbot.gg and robloxshopbot.com. It provides Discord bot functionality and a web dashboard for managing digital goods shops, primarily within Roblox games. The Service includes stock management, order tracking, ticket support, analytics, and related features.
2. Account Terms
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each subscription is for a single organisation or individual. Sharing account access outside your team is prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: sell prohibited or illegal items; engage in fraud, scamming, or deception; violate Roblox or Discord's Terms of Service; harass, threaten, or harm other users; distribute malware or attempt to access other users' data; or resell access to the Service without authorisation.
4. Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices are listed in GBP. Free trials do not require a payment method. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment granting perpetual access to the plan tier purchased. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
5. Data & Security
Roblox account credentials stored through the Service are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for the credentials you store and should only store accounts you own.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned outages in advance via our Discord server.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless otherwise required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any lost revenue, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or Discord.
